Life in My Perspective

Damn. The words “moved on” could be both sad and joyful. Over half a year later, I’m finally moving on from the past that left a scar on my heart. New girl, new purpose ahaha. I met a new girl in my class on the first week of school and no matter how suprising it is, I like her and I think about her everyday. The past was now finally replaced by the girl that will put a smile on my face every second I’m with her and everytime I think about her. I really thought the girl from the past really was the girl I was waiting my whole life to meet. Apparently, she was only a small fraction of what my life needed. Sure, I flirt with other cute girls, but this new girl is the one I think about everyday before I sleep, the one in my dreams, and the one in my mind when I wake up and live my life. Its a relief to say this…..but I’ve moved on.

Damnnnn to think of it, the very day I slipped and got rejected by the girl I liked, was the day I was the best man for a wedding. Sheeeesh

Wow. You never really realize how much you miss someone until you really remember all of the times you had with them and how hey were all good memories. I’m shallow to her sometimes, I admit it. But she overlooked things, she didn’t take consideration of what was best, but she chose the path that first hurt her. There’s not one day that passes where I don’t think about her and all the times we shared in our lives. She made a big mistake by pursuing the negatives and running away from the positives. Running away from me.
